The Parish Council holds four meetings a year, beginning at the start of the municipal year every May with the election of the chairman at the Annual Meeting.  The Parish Council also arranges the Annual Parish (Community) Meeting.  All meetings are open to the public and held in Westmill Village Hall.  Agendas and Minutes are also published on the village noticeboard.
